Questions:
SUBSTITUTIONS AND OUTAGES -
Any substitutions of materials
without written or oral consent
of the receiving entity can be
considered justification for
revocation of agreement between
all entities and exclusion from
future quoting. Vendors to
report outages of product(s) to
district(s) by telephone prior
to scheduled delivery.
PACKING - Orders are to be
packed separately, identified by
building and purchase order
number as submitted.
MSDS FORMS - Vendors must supply
MSDS sheets for all liquid and
powdered products with the first
delivery to school districts.
DELIVERY - Delivery is to be
made to one destination in each
district. Districts may request
multiple deliveries within the
district at a cost negotiated
with the vendor.
All deliveries are to be made
prior to 3:30 p.m. on school
days.
