FOR SCHOOL DISTRICTS
2008-09 Bus Bid Results -
This
Excel spreadsheet contains two
tabs at the bottom, one for
Transit and one for
Conventional. The Vendor name is
at the top of each column on
these sheets. If anyone needs
assistance with the spreadsheet,
please let me know.
Additional Options -
This Excel spreadsheet contains
8 tabs at the bottom, (Two for
each vendor to show additional
options for both Conventional &
Transits). If a vendor has any
additional options that are NOT
already listed on the above bid
sheets, it will be listed here.
Since there are so many tabs at
the bottom, you will not see
them all at once; you must use
the arrows on the bottom of your
screen by the tabs to scroll
left and right.

Pre Bid School Bus Survey
- If your
district intends to purchase
buses in 2008-2009 and you wish
to receive the bidding
specifications for your intended
purchases, please complete and
return this survey to the EPC.
This form in no way obligates
districts to purchase busses
through the EPC. (If you'd
prefer to print and fax instead
of filling out online,
Board Resolution - After
you have returned your survey
form to the EPC to indicate your
interest in purchasing a school
bus, you will need to have your
school district pass a Board
Resolution. This is a sample
Board Resolution you can use for
your district.
Trade Ins - This will
direct you to a page to list
busses you are considering for
Trade In. The vendors
will base their Trade In value
on the information that is given
on this form. If you will not
have trades, please indicate or write "NO
TRADES" on this form and return.
(If you'd prefer to print and
fax instead of filling out
