Pre Bid School Bus Survey - If your district intends to purchase buses in 2007-2008 and you wish to receive the bidding specifications for your intended purchases, please complete and return this survey to the EPC. This form in no way obligates districts to purchase busses through the EPC.

Board Resolution - After you have returned your survey form to the EPC to indicate your interest in purchasing a school bus, you will need to have your school district pass a Board Resolution. This is a sample Board Resolution you can use for your district.

Trade In Form - If you have busses you are considering for Trade In, this is the form to list them on. The vendors will base their Trade In value on the information that is given on this form. If you will not have trades, please write "NO TRADES" on this form and return.
