It is important that we annually collect information from each member district. This information is a method, which we can effectively use to demonstrate our efforts to reduce costs. It is requested that you provide the dollars spent by using EPC group prices in each area from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. Use good estimates if necessary.
