Food Service Participation Survey

The EPC Food Service Committee will be putting the Dairy pricing out for bid this summer for the 2009-10 school year.  We have received great interest from several vendors including Smith Dairy.  We would like to survey our districts to see who owns their own refrigeration equipment and who uses equipment from their dairy.
